By clearly defining expectations around communication, attendance, and routines, we ensure a smooth daily rhythm that allows our educators to dedicate their full energy to nurturing your child.
Our core policies ensure a secure, structured experience for everyone. (Health Compliances) Children must be fever free and symptom free for a full 24 hours without medication before returning from and illness. (Security verification) We will only release children to individuals listed on your authorized pick-up form who present a valid photo ID. (Timely Transitions) Adhering to your scheduled drop off and pick-up windows help our teachers maintain structured uninterrupted learning time. (Open Communications) Parents are expected to promptly update the front desk regarding absences medical needs, or changes in home routines.
About our Payment Schedule
To ensure the reliable and continuous operation of our high-quality program. Toyland Play Palace Childcare operates on a strict pre-scheduled payment timeline. All tuition payments are due in advance on weekly /bi-weekly /monthly basis, specifically by day of week /Date for the upcoming care period.
Timely payment is required to maintain and secure your child's enrollment slot. A late fee $5.00 will automatically be applied to balances not settled by the due date, and accounts remaining past due by 5 days may result in a temporary suspension of services. Prices are subject to change.
